All Kitchen and Bath by Design Stone

Next to Kitchens, the most popular area to employ stone is in the bath.  Showers, whirlpools, and countertops are all easier to clean with stone in comparison to any other material. 

Since the stone does not have to be installed in small "tiles", there are minimal grout lines to worry about cleaning. 

Here, it is common to use the more exotic colors and patterns available with onyx and marble.

This is an example of a custom inlaid flooring pattern that might be used in a custom bath.  We didn't have a picture of this installed, so we had to use the sample panel we made.

Nothing beats the clean fresh look of white marble, and it is especially applicable in the bath.  Here, a vanity is topped with the material, waiting for the fixtures and mirror to arrive.  "Under-mount" sinks are the easiest to clean and help keep the vanity surface dry.
