Kitchens are one of the most common renovations.  

Conversions to stone on work surfaces, backsplashes, and flooring are highly valued for their durability, resistance to hot or cold objects, and resistance to spills.

This should look familiar.  It's the same image on almost every page.  It's a great example of a granite countertop cut with an irregular opening for a sink that is mounted from beneath the surface for easy cleaning.

This is a really professional kitchen with dark granite on every work surface.  We worked on it with our remodelling collaborator Timberland Construction, Inc.
